01Who is responsible
Khanawada is a trading name of Miratif and Borman Holdings OÜ, a company registered in the European Union and the controller of your personal data. Privacy enquiries: support@khanawada.com.
02What we collect
Your name and email; payment data handled by Stripe (we never see full card numbers); the recipient mobile number for top-ups; order details; IP and approximate location, which the law requires us to use for correct VAT; cookies; and support messages.
03Why we use it
To deliver your order (contract); to meet VAT, invoicing, and anti-fraud obligations (legal obligation and legitimate interest); and, only with your consent, for non-essential cookies.
04Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share only what fulfilment requires, and only with the processors we need: our payment provider (Stripe), the telecommunications partners who activate your eSIM or deliver your top-up, and our hosting, database, email, and security providers. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and may use your data only on our instructions.
05International transfers
Some processors operate outside the EEA. Those transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
06How long we keep it
Order, tax, and invoice data: at least 6 years, as accounting law requires. Everything else: only as long as needed, then deleted or anonymised.
07Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing support@khanawada.com.
08Security and cookies
We use HTTPS everywhere and PCI-compliant payment processing. The service is not directed to anyone under 18. Cookie details are in the Cookie Notice. Updates to this policy are published here with the date above.
